A Track Record of Success

Mr. Gibbons brings a team-based approach to his cases, focused on delivering top-quality results. His tenacity and focus allow him to achieve remarkable outcomes for his clients, such as the following:

  • He successfully argued a Rehearing on Defendant’s Motion for Reconsideration/Clarification on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment in which the Circuit Court Judge in 11th Circuit reversed its prior ruling and found that the Limited Water Endorsement in the amount of $10,000.00 was applicable to his client’s claim.
  • In a personal injury case where the plaintiff claimed C3-4 and C4-5 disc herniations and aggravation of a prior L4-5 and L5-S1 lumbar fusion, he was able to resolve the matter for less than the plaintiff’s claimed medical expenses despite the fact that the insured had admitted liability.
  • He represented a former presidential advisor in securing outstanding royalties arising from a publishing agreement after the book was subsequently developed into a film that was featured on both Netflix and Hulu.

Passionate about Giving Back

Mr. Gibbons has a passion for helping people in his professional and personal life. Whether providing pro bono legal services for family and friends or volunteering with Legal Aid, he believes that his duty as an attorney is to help those in need.
