Inspired by his uncle, who taught him that hard work can make all the difference, Mr. Goatache was drawn to the law at an early age. He brings passion, discipline, and dedication to his work and believes that any obstacle can be overcome. He is honest and thorough; he enjoys facing challenges and addressing his client’s legal issues with creative, forward-thinking solutions.
A Rising Star While Still in School
Mr. Goatache was recognized for his legal acumen before even graduating. In addition to graduating Magna Cum Laude, Mr. Goatache received the following recognition:
- The Book Award for the top grade in Property Law
- Winner of the Moot Court Competition at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia
An Attorney in Two Countries
Mr. Goatache is originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, graduating from the Universidad Rafael Urdaneta with a degree in Law. He then immigrated to the United States, attending the Florida Coastal School of Law and graduating in 2018, Magna Cum Laude. Bilingual and licensed to practice in Florida and Venezuela, Mr. Goatache brings a varied background and deep experience to our firm. He was admitted to the Florida bar in 2018 and is currently an active member of the Young Lawyers Division.
Mr. Goatache handles first-party property claims and insurance coverage disputes. His daily practice involves helping clients respond to claims arising from wind, water, fire, and other losses.
A Deep Commitment to Family and Friends
Mr. Goatache enjoys spending time with his wife and serving up barbeque to his family and friends outside of the office. He is an avid CrossFitter and competes in local amateur competitions when he isn’t traveling or trying out new restaurants.
